The program calculates the cheapest way to increase the share capital. New euro shares are formed, which can be divided by one euro (§ 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 GmbH Act) without changing the ownership structure (proportionate increase).
You must gradually enter all existing shares in DM in the yellow marked field and press "Add" or "Enter" after each entry. The program then converts the total DM share capital of the company into euros. Above all, it indicates the amount in euros by which the share capital should be increased and indicates the amount of the share capital after the increase in euros.
